Bua enjoyed revamping two London townhouses that had been previously altered in the 1990s. We enlarged the kitchen, replaced the glazed link that joined the dwellings and introduced a large sash window in the rooftop reception room that doubles as a balustrade. A walk-on roof light and improved room flow brings intrigue to the minimalist interior design. Every detail has been considered, from draws to fit specific jewellery pieces, to creating playful corners for the client’s art collection. Look through the north light roof in the studio and you’ll spy a Michael Craig-Martin neon sculpture lighting up the night sky.
