Bua's design proposal for a “deiliskipulag” (outline planning) for 40 homes in Upper Breiðholt, Reykjavik has been approved the Reykjavík Environmental and Planning Council. All homes have their own front door, and the scheme champions a landscape led, low rise and high density approach.

A large proportion of the site forms a new public landscape with green spaces, playgrounds and visible and integrated ‘blue-green’ infrastructure.
